ReplyDeleteI did not know the national flower and tree!! BTW one of the biggest banyan trees I have seen is in Florida at Edison's house!! he brought in all kinds of tropical trees & made a garden/grove to figure out a rubber substitute..

ReplyDeletewell, i got a link to what i was talking about, take a look - this banyan tree is the 2nd largest in the world and covers 1.5 acres. i think the largest is in calcutta somewhere.
